Small Business Superannuation Cleaning House
The Small Business Superannuation Clearing House (SBCH) is a free service that your business can use if you have 19 or less employees, or if your turnover is $2 million or less.
The benefit of this is that you can make your super guarantee (SG) contributions as one single payment to the Clearing House. It will then distribute the payments to your employees' superfund account.

Once registered, you can then login to your SBCH account
When your account has been setup you can nominate a default fund for your employees (in case they don’t provide details of their nominated fund)
You then register each Employees details and add a Superfund to their account (using the Superfunds ABN)
Once you have registered your Employees and Superfunds you need to provide your Bank Details for any potential excess super deposits
In order for payment to be made, a successful match between a payment instruction amount and the deposited payment must occur. To start you select “Payments” from the Main Menu and then enter your Payment Period Date, then Select “Get Employees”. Double check the amounts and then you can Submit the Payment for processing.
